Return & Exchange Policy
Our consumable products are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, which are grown by ourselves or locally sourced whenever possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.
We can offer an exchange or store credit for non-consumable items purchased at Red Bluff Pickles within seven (7) days from the delivery date provided the item is unused, saleable and in its original packaging. Please note, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any consumable items, or other perishable goods. Items purchased on sale are final sale.
Damage
While we take great care to ensure your purchase is packed to survive the trip, damage may occur in transit. In such cases, we will gladly issue a refund for any damaged or unusable products. Please send us an email along with photos of the damaged items in the box (used to place a claim with the shipping company), and provide us with your contact details (or the purchaser should this be a gift).
CancellationsÂ
Cancellations are accepted for shelf stable items prior to shipping.
Bakery orders must be cancelled 5 days before the day required, and before any specialty ingredients have been ordered. Please call us immediately if you need to cancel at 778-458-2529.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders after they have shipped.
Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
